Your appointment takes about 30 minutes. Classic Glow has an 8-hour rinse time, while Rapid Glow can be rinsed in 1–5 hours depending on your desired depth.

THE DAY BEFORE: EXFOLIATE. PLEASE. An exfoliating mitt if great! Please don’t use a scrub with lots of oils and fragrances.
The day of: Come clean and exfoliated, with no lotions, oils, or deodorant on your skin.

Whenever you want to be bronzed—but ideally give yourself enough time before your event, trip, or photoshoot to let your tan develop and settle. 2-3 days before a big event is perfect! I recommend a trial tan 2-3 weeks before if that event is your wedding…

Loose, dark clothing is your best friend. Skip the bra if you didn’t wear one for your spray tan!
